Actor's Studio

Ready to take your performance skills to the next level? The Brightstar Actor's Studio is designed for students who want to grow as performers while gaining more individualized coaching and stage experience.

In this small-group class, students will work on a combination of musical theatre songs and acting scenes, developing stronger acting choices, vocal performance, and stage presence. Through guided coaching and rehearsal, students will learn important theatre techniques such as character development, emotional storytelling, scene work, and performance confidence.

Each student will have the opportunity to work on featured material, allowing them to explore more challenging roles and deepen their performance skills in a supportive and creative environment.

The session will culminate in a recital-style showcase where students will perform their songs and scenes for family and friends. This special performance gives students the opportunity to share their work and celebrate the progress they have made.

 

This class is a great fit for students who:

  • Want to strengthen their acting and musical theatre skills​

  • Enjoy working closely with directors and receiving personalized feedback

Descendants Summer Camp

Open to students ages 7 and up

Join us this summer for Descendants the Musical—a high-energy, two-week camp packed with singing, dancing, acting, and tons of fun! Performers will bring the world of Auradon and the Isle of the Lost to life while learning choreography, music, and scenes from this fan-favorite show.

Camp culminates in a full performance for family and friends, giving students the chance to shine on stage and show off everything they’ve learned. This is one of our most popular titles, so spots are limited—don’t miss out! Register today!

one-week camp featuring Teen Beach Movie is bursting with energy, music, and beachy fun! Performers will dive into singing, dancing, and acting while bringing this upbeat, feel-good favorite to life.

High School Musical 2

Get ready to soar into the spotlight with our production of High School Musical 2! This fun and energetic course gives performers the chance to build confidence and grow their skills in singing, dancing, and acting while bringing this fan-favorite show to life.

Students will rehearse weekly, working on music, choreography, and scenes, and the course culminates in a full performance for family and friends. From teamwork and stage presence to performance technique, this production-focused class is perfect for performers who love to be on stage and want a complete musical theatre experience.
